Oversaw all aspects of independent residential real estate agency; developed Suzanne Anderson Properties brand while driving exponential growth. Grew from one office to five offices; four agents to 200+ agents throughout the state of Texas. Acquired a knowledge base of progressive experience while adapting to growth and expansion.

Operations

  • Scaled company up from 4 agents to 200. One office to five.

  • Set up processes for managing and processing transactions and scaled accordingly.

  • Managed brokerage services, i.e. MLS, state board, insurance, utilities, etc. in multiple markets.

  • Coordinated relocation of head office to renovated office building, i.e. internet, telecom, copiers, etc. Set up/oversaw branch offices locally and in other Texas markets.

  • Researched, purchased, installed computers, hardware/software, copiers, telecom systems. Built long lasting relationships with vendors.

Administrative

  • Led accounts payable and transaction receivables. Issued agent checks at closing.

  • Hired, trained, managed admin associates, developed competencies and monitored staffing levels.

  • Managed and troubleshot all IT systems, telecom, copiers, etc. in multiple offices.

Marketing

  • Created Suzanne Anderson Properties brand, i.e. logo, collateral materials, signage, website. Worked closely with graphic designer and technology 3rd parties.

  • Designed property marketing flyers for agents. Set up an in house print shop for post cards and other initiatives. Advised agents on individually tailored marketing efforts within the new branding.

  • Planned and executed all company gatherings/celebrations, both internal and external.

  • Created/implemented multi-platform advertising campaigns, including billboards, television, web; designed market listing materials and scheduled promotional events.
