Coordinated relocation of head office to renovated office building, i.e. internet, telecom, copiers, etc. Set up/oversaw branch offices locally and in other Texas markets.
Researched, purchased, installed computers, hardware/software, copiers, telecom systems. Built long lasting relationships with vendors.
Administrative
Led accounts payable and transaction receivables. Issued agent checks at closing.
Hired, trained, managed admin associates, developed competencies and monitored staffing levels.
Managed and troubleshot all IT systems, telecom, copiers, etc. in multiple offices.
Marketing
Created Suzanne Anderson Properties brand, i.e. logo, collateral materials, signage, website. Worked closely with graphic designer and technology 3rd parties.
Designed property marketing flyers for agents. Set up an in house print shop for post cards and other initiatives. Advised agents on individually tailored marketing efforts within the new branding.
Planned and executed all company gatherings/celebrations, both internal and external.
Created/implemented multi-platform advertising campaigns, including billboards, television, web; designed market listing materials and scheduled promotional events.
